DELIVERY

Local Orders (Singapore):
EastHaven offers FREE DELIVERY via Singpost Non-Standard Mail for purchase amount exceeding S$100. Purchases less than S$100 will be charged at a flat rate of S$5.

US,Canada,UK,Germany,Spain,France,Italy Orders:
- Single small item purchases will be charged at a flat rate of US$5.50 .
- All other purchases and more than 1 small items purchases, will be charged at a flat rate of US$9 for each item.

International Orders (excluding US,Canada,UK,Germany,Spain,France,Italy):
Other countries are charged at a rate of :
- US$30 for a total weight of less then 12 lb or 5.443 kg.
- US$50 for a total weight of less then 16 lb or 7.257 kg.
- US$70 for a total weight of less then 22.05 lb or 10kg.

EastHaven ships to more than 200 major cities worldwide via SpeedPost IslandWide/Worldwide delivery services provided with tracking service, but we can make special arrangement using other delivery services at your preference:

- UPS Worldwide
- DHL

Shipping rates are calculated and includes online as you add to Shopping Cart in the product page. This shipping rates are based on our recommended delivery services and will be updated monthly according to their charges. We do not charge handling fee .

Please contact us if the total weight of your pacel exceeds 22.05lb or 10kg. We will advise and assist you in getting a more suitable delivery package.

Depending on the distance, the average delivery time is within 9-15 business days using our recommended delivery services.

If you have any special instructions, please write it in the Comments/Instructions box at the bottom of your checkout form.

Shipping to a Different Address
You may place an order to be shipped to an address other than that of your billing address. At the Shipping Page during checkout, simply choose the different stored address in your account or input a new one.

Missing / Damaged Orders
We are not responsible for any packages lost or damaged while in transit to a destination. Postal insurance for Registered Mail is only up to a maximum amount of SGD68 (subject to postal terms and conditions). Full insurance is available only for Express Shipping. Insurance cannot cover lost packages due to an incorrect address provided by a customer at checkout. We are not responsible for the loss of these packages. If you entered a wrong address at checkout and the package is sent back to us we will ship it out to you as soon as you confirm with us your correct address (extra shipping fees will be required).

In the case of a lost/damage/refund claim being filed, it can take about 1 to 3 months to be resolved. We are unable to make any refunds until the courier has refunded us for the insured amount claimed. A package must be missing for 30 days from the date it was shipped before a claim can be filed. If a package/item has been damaged in transit, you must mail it to me, no later than 2 days after the date it was delivered to you, so that I can present it as physical evidence to the courier in order to file a claim (Shipping for this can only be refunded after the claim has been resolved).

Returns
We are sorry, but at this time we cannot accept exchanges or returns. All sales are final so please contact us with any questions you may have prior to purchasing.

PAYMENT

The EastHaven uses osCommerce shopping cart for calculating the total amount required for the transaction. All information will be transfered using 128-bit secure SSL connection to our secured server.

You can select any of these methods:

PayPal: The EastHaven has been verified by PayPal.
(Note: Non PayPal members may use PayPal too! During the checkout process, simply select the PayPal option and you will be temporarily redirected to the official PayPal website. After completing their checkout process, you have the option to sign-up with PayPal. If you prefer not to sign-up with them, that is ok, your transaction will still be processed and you will be redirected back to our website.)

Credit cards payment through Paypal: American Express, VISA and Mastercard.

Internet banking: Apply to local(Singapore) customer only. Please contact us for this mode of payment.

Currency
All prices are shown in USD by default. Please note that all our prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice and we retain the right to change the price of any items at any time without prior notice. Our currency converter allows you to view an approximate value of the price in your preferred currency. Our currency converter serves only as a reference and is by no means an accurate real time calculation of currency exchange rates. All purchases to be paid via Credit Card through Paypal will be automatically switched back to the defaulted USD.

Order Cancellation
Once an order has been placed and payment made, it can no longer be cancelled and no refunds can be made. Your order will be shipped as scheduled.
